REFERENCE-NORMALIZED MODEL OF FINANCIAL STABILITY INTEGRATED CORPORATE STRUCTURE ROCKET AND SPACE INDUSTRY

The Rocket and Space Industry (RSI) of Russia is one of the strategic sectors that ensure the defense capability and national security of the state, and is a source of innovative dual-use technologies. The modern process of reforming the RSI puts forward the development of new tools for managing the integrated corporate structure (ICS) of the RSI as one of the most pressing issues. The need for such tools is due to the importance of taking into account the sectoral peculiarities of the PSC, the reduction of the state defense order and other conditions for the development of the RSI, while ensuring the financial sustainability of the RSI. The tools of this type are necessary for planning and controlling the financial and economic processes of the operation of the ICS RSI. Effective solution of development tasks created by ICS is impossible without giving them financial stability. Ensuring financial sustainability requires the formation and effective control of compliance with reference values of costs, profits, increase in share capital, and attraction of target financing. The result of the research was the developed theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the reference normalized model of financial stability ICS RSI.
