The Bulletin of the Altai Academy of Economics and Law is a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

In the blue panel: The journal is included in the current List of peer-reviewed scientific journals of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation. Information on the inclusion of the journal is available on the official website of the Higher Attestation Commission.

The journal has been published since 1997.

The publication is officially registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media. Registration record PI No. FS 77-84919 dated 31 March 2023.

The journal is available in the Scientific Electronic Library (eLIBRARY) and is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) are assigned to journal issues and published articles.

Aims and scope

Aim of the journal

To provide an open peer-reviewed platform for publishing original theoretical and applied research in economics, as well as materials on legal issues related to socio-economic development, governance, finance, entrepreneurship and public regulation.

Objectives of the journal

To publish original research, review articles and methodological materials in economics and related legal issues.

To ensure double-blind peer review of manuscripts with clear evaluation criteria and feedback to authors.

To comply with publication ethics requirements, including plagiarism prevention and proper handling of conflicts of interest, corrections and retractions.

To support open access to published materials and distribution of content under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license.

To develop scientific communication between Russian and foreign researchers.

To improve the quality of peer review, editing, metadata, DOI assignment, archiving and indexing of materials.
