ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITIES AND EVALUATION OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF AGRIBUSINESS ENTERPRISES

This article addresses the issue of assessing strategic opportunities and assessing the attractiveness of agribusiness. A method for calculating a number of indicators that characterize the attractiveness of modern regional agribusiness enterprises is presented. In the course of the conducted study, the authors analyzed the labor resources of the enterprise, reviewed the security of the enterprise with assets for a certain period, studied the sources of formation of the enterprise’s resources, analyzed revenue by types of products, the structure of agricultural production. The article calculated the efficiency of use of fixed assets of LLC Tavla, gave a comparative assessment of the attractiveness of the enterprise of agribusiness LLC Tavla with industry indicators, made conclusions and suggestions. The article notes that the market economy puts in the first place the use of methods for analyzing strategic opportunities and assessing the attractiveness of agribusiness enterprises based on an in-depth financial analysis of the organization’s activities. However, there is no uniform methodology for analyzing strategic opportunities and assessing the attractiveness of agribusiness, a strategic plan for the development of an agricultural organization, since in domestic practice, this issue is not widespread. The above aspects confirm the need to develop an analysis of strategic opportunities and an assessment of the attractiveness of agribusiness. It was concluded that in one of the methodological approaches to increase the attractiveness of agribusiness are: the development of regional programs for the development of this area based on the program-target approach, as well as the accumulation of all investment sources in the priority areas of small business development.
